Using our own staff we provide a range of basic but nonetheless essential lower end services operated on a call-out or pre-arranged basis, including:

Through the use of a team of dedicated sub-contractors we can deliver the more comprehensive maintenance, refurbishment and alteration solutions.

Whatever your building requires, from contracted preventative maintenance to partitioning and upgrading in whatever type of building we can provide the labour and expertise to satisfy your needs. If you have recently moved or had ‘the builders in’ we also provide post-builder cleaning and commercial move cleaning which complement upgrade or finishing work to provide an entire completion to a move or refurbishment. 

In all instances we still maintain the same management ethos in our approach to the successful delivery of the service.
